'The Aliens have Returned..?'

According to the Itar-Tass News Agency, the 'strange circles' found in a remote southern field indicate the following:
"Aliens had returned to collect Earth soil, four years after first dropping by.'

I seems that five concentric circles, similar to those found four years ago in the same area, have appeared once again.

The circles of wheat were flattened in a clockwise direction, yet none of the ears of wheat were damaged.

It is the contention, according to Officials of the Emergency Situation Department,  'This suggests that the beings had come back for more soil samples.'
