Event Description:
Our family was watching "the sound of music" at a drive in theater off Lawndale dr. in Greensboro NC 1967 .

About halfway thru the movie the woods to the left of the screen lit up.
My brother saw it first and punched me.
I looked and saw a blue green blurred object rising out of the woods thru the trees and I yelled to my dad to look who did a double take then got out of the car as we did with my mother.
Several other people had gotten out of their cars and were looking.

The object seemed to hover then move up and down but there was no sound. Dad said it was a helicopter and to get back in the car but we couldn't move. My moms voice was shaking when she said get in the car both of you.

Just as my brother and I were about to get into the car the object shot into the sky and disappeared faster than any object could go.

We heard sighs of astonishment all around us from the others who had seen it.

My dad told us to forget it that we'd have "bad dreams" if we thought about it too much. Of course we never forgot it to this day.

I know I was only 10 years old but "star trek was my favorite show and I thought that was maybe a shuttle pod or something.  Yuk yuk. 

Cars vanished into the night as the show ended and now you are the first that I've told the tale to.. . . . . .

Event Description:
i was lying in bed with my boyfriend and was just screwing around with his camera phone when I took a picture of his TV. Now it was not on at the time so when I took it there was the ghostly man figure standing right above him.

I showed him and then I took another one and the figure was still there.
I finally stood up and took one of where the man should have been but by then he was gone.

The next day I was there by my self and things started falling off the walls and the washer.

My boyfriend says that there is a ghost that haunts the hall.
I have no idea if this is from the house fire they had years ago or not but i know that he is there still.

Event Description:

SOMEWHERE IN WESTERN NEVADA - In 1959 when I was 14 years old I was traveling with two friends, Cherie and Steve. The three of us had run away from our homes in Hollywood, Calif., teenage angst having gotten the better of us.
We drove in Steve's car. He was a couple of years older and my boyfriend at the time. We were gone a couple of weeks and had crossed over to Nevada after spending some time camping at Yosemite. Steve's car cracked its block, whatever that means, and died at a crossroad with a restaurant and gas station. I'm not sure today where we were, although when I look at a map now we might have been near Nellis AFB and Area 51. I'm not sure how long Area 51 has been a point of interest or if it was even extant in the 1950s.
We thought our adventure had come to an end and were about to call our parents to come get us when a elderly (to us) man joined us at our table and offered to take us to his cabin in the desert and then to a deserted mining town. Needless to say we thought that was a great idea and piled into his truck with all our camping gear. I'll never forget his name, “Haybag Johnson.” And, thankfully he turned out to be a nice old guy who just wanted some company. He took us to the mine; a series of old wooden buildings, an empty water tower and a boarded up mine shaft where we set up housekeeping in what was probably once an office.
Haybag would come visit us, bring us food and water, and take us out for drives, introducing us to some of the other hermits who lived miles from anywhere where we would play cards, talk and dine. Late one night coming “home” the truck ran off the rural dirt road into deep sand. We all got out and tried to dig out the truck to no avail. We decided to wait until morning and maybe someone would come by, otherwise it would be a long, hot walk to the main highway.
Haybag and Steve were in the truck cabin and Cherie and I were in the bed. Because UFOs were very much in the news at that time (except they were called flying saucers) Cherie and I started to discuss the possibility of life elsewhere. We were lying on our backs, staring up into the desert sky. I don't know if you've ever been away from city lights, in a desert or on the ocean, but the sky is awash with bright stars. It was the most beautiful and stirring sight I had ever seen, having grown up in a city, and a smoggy one at that.
Cherie and I decided (remember we were teens and not too bright) to telepathically call on a flying saucer to come rescue us from our predicament. We spent about 20 minutes urging out loud and in our minds for any nearby saucers to contact us.
I have a feeling were were facing north. Suddenly, among all the bright stars we saw one approaching from the east. It didn't look any different from any other star except it was moving very, very fast. It came to a complete stop above the truck. I screamed for the guys in the front, but I don't remember what they did or saw. But, Cherie and I watched as the light became brighter and larger, although it only remained a point of light with no discernible shape. It might have gotten to the size of a dime held at arm's length, but got no closer.
Then the truck rose in the air, about five feet off the ground and came to rest in the middle of the road. There was no spooky beam, no noise, no wind... just a gentle movement that left us rocking on the road. We drove back to the camp and several days later got rounded up by the local police and returned home. My mother and I moved to New York City soon afterwards and I never saw my friends again.
Here's the interesting part. A few years ago I decided to see if I could find Cherie and see what she remembered from that night. I found her on the Internet. She had kept her maiden name, she told me, so I could find her some day.
I called and we talked for only a couple of seconds before she said, “What do you remember about that night in the desert?”
I told her exactly what I just related here, and she corroborated my story exactly, except she remembers laughing and I remember screaming as the truck was lifted and moved. That was nearly 50 years ago and I remember the incident as clearly as if it happened yesterday. And, it happened. Not to a friend, or a friend of a friend. It's not an urban legend. It happened to us. It is the truth.
Since then I've seen, all in Oconee County, South Carolina, a red oval bolide (I assume) shooting sparks out its end then breaking into two pieces, one bright green and one remaining red as it skipped over a road at treetop height; what looked like a large shiny balloon flying along the treetops against a brisk wind, and strobe lights flashing from inside a too dense cloud in a horizontal pattern, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. That was interesting because it was directly over an overpass. I drove up on the overpass and jumped out of the car to look up, but could only see swirling cloud cover just a few feet above the road. When I first saw the lights as I was driving toward the overpass I flashed my lights back in a pattern of five, but, darn, nothing more happened and I drove off.
A few days later my husband said he was driving over that same overpass on his way home when he saw what he described as an object the size of a semi-truck, all lit up with lights, float silently over the road only about 20 feet in the air right in front of his car. It flew on over the fields and disappeared.
So here's what I know for sure. I have no missing time, no abduction experience. But, I keep thinking if I concentrate hard enough, maybe once again I could call down something inexplicable. I'm now living in Michigan. Feel free to contact me through this Web site if you, like me, think there is something more to the universe than meets the eye.
Other experiences include living in four haunted houses, one that scared me enough that we moved out the next week; a singular event in France too long to explain here that I'm convinced saved my life and that of my children, but if you are interested I can relate the experience, and other minor psychic events.
Thanks for taking the time to read through some of my life experiences. It's funny, the older I get the more important that truck ride becomes to me. I rarely talked about it, or other happenings, until recently. But now I feel a need to contact others (not being snobbish here, but I mean other sane? normal? folks) to hear what happened to them and share.
By the way, I'm an ex-cop and investigator, an investigative journalist, and I've got a big 45 minutes on my flight log. If I win the lottery I'd like to learn to pilot small planes. Or better, a retro-fitted UFO :-)

Event Description:
Me and my husband were driving over to his mothers to pick our kids up.
When we turned off of mason rd their at the intersection left toward old Katy I had spotted an object to the right of us not moving and then it started moving about the same speed as us.

As we pulled off the road to the right into a drive that turned into the cell phone tower we were right under it as it hovered over the tower and us for about 15 to 20 seconds.

It was Triangle shape and it had something like lights but I wasn't too sure that it was lights more of a glow to it.
The object was low enough that we could see patterns on the bottom of the space craft or ufo. 

As the car stopped we were leaning out our door windows looking up at the object. 

It started moving off to the north very slowly with no sound at all.

As more vehicles stopped the object moved away faster and went higher. 
It was a very clear night and we were able to see lots of air planes to the north and north east.
The lights from the city of Houston plus a bright moon, we were able to watch the object move to the north then west then back northeast with very quick movements.

The object moved from directly in front of us to the north east so fast that we could barely see that it moved.

At this time we figured the object to be toward hwy 290.

Before we could head toward it, it went almost straight up. one blink of orange white light and it was gone.

After we saw this object I turned to my husband and started to talk to him about what we saw and
he said , STOP! Don't say a word .
He said lets get home and draw a picture of what we saw and then we will compare. We got home and did that exactly and our pictures matched perfectly!

Event Description:

my name is Brittany and I am 15 years old.

I was walking down the street with my two friends Garrett, who is 10 years old and Heather who is 6 years old.

All of a sudden a round saucer appeared in the sky above us.
It had lots of different colors on it.
It stopped in the air and didn't move for three minutes and a beam came out of it and the beam was moving around.

Suddenly it flew away very fast.
Heather began to cry and Garrett's heart and mine were racing we were so excited because that was the first time we have ever seen anything like that but we know it sounds crazy but we all know what it was and what it looked like it was awesome.
We don't care if you don't believe us but we believe what we saw.

Event Description:

I am guessing on the date but sometime in June 1987 I was laying out suntanning, when I noticed a jet and the sun reflecting off the jet that was flying over, and I was looking at the jet stream that was behind the jet liner, then out of nowhere a ufo  metallic and oval in shape passes the jet like it was standing still there was no lights or vapor trail.

It passed the jet and was gone in four seconds.

I still watched the jet for another approx 10 seconds as it flew out of view .

Event Description:

I and a companion witnessed a circle of blue light, that looked like a star, move erratically up and down and left to right.

Finally, it descended in a southwesterly fashion and hovered in the middle of the horizon for several minutes.
It was still hovering when I went inside.

Following behind were six identical blue lights, traveling quickly in a triangle or v-formation.

Another light began to descend in the same southwestern manner.

I became frightened, and returned home.

Event Description:
Okay, my dad and I, were watching alien videos online, and we were watching them until 1 in the
morning, and then I went to bed because the next day there was school.

My room is pitch black, because I put a blanket over the window, because I don't like sunlight that much.

So there was I, sitting in the dark, staring at the faint glow of my stereo, and my eyes were half shut and I was on the cusp of falling asleep, and then a blue light flashed in my face for a second.

Normal lights when they shine on your face you get temporarily blinded, but this one I didn't,
Then I was sitting under the covers, with a million questions going through my head, like "what was that?" "is there someone else in my room" but then I remembered the light shone from behind me, and my bed was pushed up against the wall so that was impossible!

so then I got the courage to leap out of my bed and I ran down stairs, to tell my parents.
I was a little hesitant because I thought they would think I was crazy, then I finally said "mom I'm freaked out, a blue light just shone on my face and no one else was in my room!" 

She gave me a weird look, and said "oh my god, I saw that light too!" then we both
explained how it looked, and how we felt afterwards.

After that scare I just sat on the stairs because I was to freaked out to go upstairs alone,
Then I brought star with me,( star is a dog) so I was sitting in my room again, and I kept the light on this time, then star (the dog) got up really fast and looked at the wall (where I saw the  blue light  ) and she started barking constantly

I told her to "shh" because people were sleeping, then I noticed that she was barking at the wall, and I freaked out and ran down stairs with star right behind me,

Since no one else was awake, I just decided to sleep on the ground in my little sisters room and I made stars bed right next to mine, and then my eyes were half shut and I felt someone looking at me.
I looked outside the door, and saw a figure looking at me, and then it just disappeared,

I was so scared I just froze, and eventually I fell asleep. Since I saw the light, Ive had this weirdest feeling, I cant work, I cant concentrate really on anything, and me and my mom have been really depressed since this experience

Event Description:

I had went outside with my dog to take the trash out around 11 or 11:30pm when I decided to look up at the stars.

For about 5 or 6 seconds, I happened to see a triangle shaped object flying through the sky with approximately 10 lights lining the triangular shape.

I couldn't really see the actual object too well but the lights were about as bright as the stars.

It was moving pretty fast heading North into Austin and flying relatively low to the ground.
I looked down at my dog for a second and when I looked up it was gone.

In the distance, I could see a commercial airplane with a blinking light, so the UFO struck me as something totally unlike what I can see on the airplane.

The strange thing is that it made no sound as it flew by and it was too low to be a helicopter or airplane and not make a sound.

Event Description:

I was driving on I-680 South between Grass Valley and Benicia, CA when I saw an aircraft in the sky on the Left (northbound) side of the freeway.

When I was driving underneath it, I realized it was VERY low to the earth, no higher than a skyscraper might be. 
The lights were uncharacteristic of commercial aircraft , but they were plain white lights. 

The craft seemed larger than any I had ever seen as I drove underneath, or just closer to me than the ones I have seen... and it was hovering still and quiet.

Event Description:

I was around the age of 3 or 4,but I remember as though it was yesterday.

My brother and I were playing in the back yard right at dark.

I remember seeing the saucer shaped object directly above our heads.
It was about 20 or 30 feet away so I saw everything.

The underneath had four big white lights on bottom. They weren't  bright, but they were sort of glowing a milky color.

I only saw the underneath so I'm assuming from it circular shape it was disk shaped.

It didn't really make a noise, but I distinctly remember it had a kind of buzzing feeling to it, like bass in a car (humming).

I remember wanting to play, I was jumping up and down yelling for it to come down, my older brother was yelling for it to go away.

It drifted over the house and was gone. My brother and I both remember this happening quite vividly.

Event Description:
I was outside smoking a cig when I looked up and saw something that looked like a line of balloons.

 They were not moving up and down, but in a straight line. Then it started going up and when it got up to

about 9000 or more feet up where the planes fly.

  It started making circles, not complete circles but almost, leaving a little gap in the circle, and spinning.

After that, it made a "W" and stayed like that for about 1 minute then it made an “s” shape like
a snake.

 Me and my girlfriend were both watching it for about 7minutes. I cannot explain what I saw, but me and

my girlfriend are still trying to put it all together.

 I have never seen anything like this I am still really really tripped out about it.

 I just wanted to report it. It was about 10ft maybe bigger in height and maybe 50-90 ft wide

Event Description:
Today’s date is February 15, 2008. I was reading on the sightings of triangle UFOs in Michigan.

 I didn't want to say it to anyone because I was afraid to be ridiculed. Now that I know that I am

not the only one that witnessed such sighting, here is my true story; 

 Work was a good half hour drive. I was heading north from Crystal Valley on Scottville Road to

Scottville.

 On the way over, there is a couple of curves and after those curves as I was
traveling on my rearview mirror I see lights in a form of a triangle catching up to me fast!

As soon as the object caught up to me, it kept hovering next to me at the same speed about 55mph.

 I made a complete stop on the road. There was no traffic behind me or ahead of me so not to cause any
accident. When I stopped I lowered the window expecting to hear some kind of noise from engines of the object.

Surprisingly everything was completely silent, maybe a few crickets in the area.

 I was driving a Honda Prelude little sporty car that would do easily do 130 mph. I thought if I could just speed
up, I could leave it behind. But, all the while it was by my side for about a third of my trip to work.

 The lights were in a shape of a triangle on the left, blue on right red and possible yellow of white on top.

 When I started slowing down to the regular speed limit, the object kept going ahead and in
two or three seconds, I saw the lights that formed the triangle become smaller and smaller,

until it disappeared in the distance.

Event Description:

En route to a concert of Marco Antonio Muniz at El Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico

with my relatives & friends--I sat in the back seat passenger's side. I was around 19 years old.

 As I looked out at the ocean, it was night, around 6:00 PM, the concert was to start

around 7:00 or 7:30, I can't remember exactly, but the images have stayed with me since then.

I have mentioned it to a few people over the years, as part of casual conversation--but the only

one who saw those lights that night was I !

 The other passengers were busy talking excited about the concert. What I saw was
a shower of lights rising from the ocean horizon. It was about 10-20 miles out and began

as a tight group of three distinct colors, red, yellow or orange, and blue as if spouting

up from the ocean light a water fountain.

They moved upward hesitantly, then suddenly began to spread apart as they reach near the

edge of the clouds. Abruptly, they shot in three sharp and distinct directions; the yellow/orange

light shot straight up, the red light took a left direction from the point of separation in a 30 degree

angle, and the blue light shot to the right direction from that same point in a 30 degree angle.

 During their ascent they were climbing fast, but when they separated...it look like a jet in after burn,

only this was like lightening bolts--super fast, then disappeared into the heavens.

 I'm in my mid 50's and this is the first time I go public with this. I always thought no one would
ever believe me, so I just never publicized it.

 In Google searching at 2:30 AM this morning for some possible information on that incident, I
encountered your posted story of the sighting in Rio Piedras, 1973, and I
hoped that this would be my chance to validate the story.

Event Description:

I was 12 years old at the time and my cousin was 14 years old at the time.

 
We were going to camp out in the back yard that night.  We were lying on top
of two picnic tables admiring how clear the sky was and how many stars were
in the sky. 

 As we were looking toward the southeast, we noticed a cigar shaped object that

appeared to be flying in a zig  zag pattern.  At first it appeared to have a orange glow to it. 

 It then hovered for approximately ten to fifteen seconds in the direction of Fox Lake. 

It appeared to then have a purplish orange glow to it. 

 Next, it took off at a high rate of speed at a 45-degree angle and disappeared into the sky. 

 We ran into the home to let our parents know what we had observed, and they just laughed it off.

Event Description:

Myself and two of my employees were working in a subdivision in Marietta, GA around 1:00 PM.

 I looked up in the sky and just happened to see a very small spherical shape, orangish/tan

in color moving towards Roswell (North). It was moving at a pretty good pace. Faster than a small plane.

The object made no noise.

 When I first saw the object, I knew right away that it wasn't a balloon or a plane. I told my guys to

look up to see it; pointing to it in the sky I said "Do you guys see that little ball?" They both said, “Yeah, we
see it.”

 Then as we were all looking at it perplexed as to what it was, another ball came out of nowhere from

the West, moving much faster than the first.

 This second ball was white in color and nearly hit the other. In fact it happened so fast that it

may have even touched the orange colored ball before changing its direction back into the direction it came.

This happened very rapidly and then the second white ball kept a close distance to orange ball and

proceeded to move in the same direction to the North, as if in formation.

 The two balls moved into a cloud as we continued to watch to see them come through the other side,

when only the orange ball came through and the white one seemed to disappear.

As a ex-Marine jet engine mechanic that has spent 3 years around fighter planes and watched them

fly over many, many times, I know for a fact that this was no aircraft of ours.

 If I had to guess on the distances and speed I would say that these objects were smaller than

our fighters of today and would also have to say that the direction and speed (500 mph down to 0 mph
and back to 500 mph) in a split second on the white ball would kill a human.

The G force would have to be immense! There was other aircraft both commercial and military

flying around that area before and after this incident. I took quick notice when I first saw the objects

that there were no other aircraft in the area at the time. As well noticed no vapor trail or
noise coming from these objects.

This is one of the weirdest things I have ever witnessed.

Event Description:
Today, at approximately 1:30 PM all of the sudden the inside of my house got dark

as if a rainstorm was coming. I felt an urge to go outside to my yard and look up to the sky.

 There was stillness in the air even though it looked as if a storm was about to hit,

the clouds were very dark and there was wind very far up by the movement of the clouds.

 All sudden, I saw this small dark object in the form of a line, like a cigar, very far up. I thought

it was a bird, or even a leaf. I focused my vision; it was very high, by the dark clouds. The

object seemed to be encased within a circular green transparent glow as it travel steadily

on a horizontal line from south west to the far north east at an outstanding speed.

 The whole thing lasted less than a minute and the object disappeared into the center of the
very dense and dark cloud. It was too fast, too steady and quite different to be airplane.

My Aunt Cathy and I were driving down Prue Street. 

She was talking to me when I saw a green disk in the air to the left. It stayed 

there for a second or two. It took two seconds to start getting really fast speed,

then just went so fast it disappeared. 

My aunt asked me "What are you looking at, are you day dreaming?"

Then I couldn't stop thinking about it.

Event Description:

Hello Brad,

Thank you for having such a resource available.

I am writing about several different sightings I have had over the past couple of months.

The first occurred as I drove into the small country Vic town of Castlemaine.

What appeared to be a meteor came down from the sky. I was surprised for a number of reasons, one was the close proximity of this object and the other was the brilliance of the silver object, which appeared to be a ball with a perfect cone or tail of silver. I had thought I would see smoke and steam from a comet or meteor and that the tail would not seem so rigid.

The next evening or so as I stood on my front veranda in Maldon, another small town between Castlemaine and Bendigo, I again witnessed a strange object which was flashing alternating colours of red, yellow, blue, green and purple in a ring. The rest of the thing was flashing with what appeared to be very bright LED type Lights.

I went for my camera, but realised I had put the batteries in to charge.

I watched this craft for some time before it moved off toward the small city of Bendigo.

Not too long afterward whilst looking into, this I came across an article published by the ABC of reports of a UFO or comet from residents of Castlemaine and Bendigo.

A week or so later I was again on the front veranda when I spotted yet another strange sort of sight. 

It could have been a star, except that it was giving off the red, yellow, blue, green and purple lights and found this odd as with a star one spectrum is displayed if the star is headed toward and another spectrum if headed away.

This time, the object sort of changed direction and then stopped. I got the impression it was searching for the object I/We had witnessed plummeting to earth over Castlemaine earlier.

This time I did take photographs of the object and although my camera is not telescopic and in fact best suited for macroscopic objects I got some terrific shots of the object as it changed colours.

After an hour or so I went inside and downloaded the photos. I was surprised at how the pictures came out, especially when enhanced.

Then a little later, my dogs started barking and wanted out so I went outside in time to photograph the object as it started moving off toward Bendigo.

I witnessed this object again a week or so later and then the other night, a very bright light up the house. The light shone through the windows and penetrated the blinds.

Thinking this was a big thunderstorm coming as had been the previous night, I went outside to find a perfectly clear sky.

I looked up to see a plane flying toward Melbourne on the far right of my view and then glimpsed two of the strange objects in my front view.

I got my camera and sure enough they came out as big coloured balls like the last objects. The stars appear normal just like stars in the background.

I took a few photographs and then went inside and off to bed.

One of the oddities of this phenomena ~ has been the effect it has had on clocks and watches. There were four of us in the house on one night of the phenomena when we all fell asleep where we were. We awoke to find the clocks had gained quite a few hours.

The next time most of the clocks and batteries had gone dead and my car was also affected with the solenoid damaged which is an electro magnetic device needed to start the vehicle.

My own watch stopped too and then started again two weeks hence after photographing the pair of objects.

Event Description:
I was driving to my friends house and I went through Lane Street, in Jacinto
City, Texas.

For some odd reason, I looked at my right and I see this huge object that was darker than the sky. I slowed down as I was looking at this object. The lights turned on bright all around like a circle full of lights.

It was there for about 5 minutes. At first I thought it would be an aircraft but I’ve never seen one this big. The lights never blinked at any moment and besides it was there still at a very low altitude. I could see it was big, like the size of a football field.  

I got real scared as I grabbed my camera to take video and all of a sudden the battery went dead.  

I was too frightened I just drove off and next thing you know it was gone. 

As I got to my friend’s house I experienced a lot of fatigue and dizziness. I never believed I would
actually see something like that and I honestly wished I didn’t, because I’m still scared.

Event Description:
Driving home from a friends house, my Mother and I were talking, when we saw what appeared to be a tubular green light moving in a zigzag pattern at an incredibly high speed, before just shooting off and disappearing. 

There appeared to be several planes attempting to follow it and there were vapor
trails left behind in the places we had seen the strange object.  

We were going to my Aunts, and all the ride there, about 10 minutes or slightly
less, we could see a lot of planes flying around.

Near the Moon, there was a large, spherical shape where lights were twinkling in a pattern around it.

When we arrived at my Aunts, we took out her telescope and binoculars to look
at it. It was large and sphere shaped, slightly flattened at the top and
bottoms. It was hovering and spinning. There were lights that appeared to be
changing colors on it.  

My Mother saw it better than I did, and she said there was writing you couldn't quite make out.  

We watched it for at least 20 minutes before we left, because of how icy cold it was out.  

My Aunt said it has been out there every night for at least the past two weeks.

crafts.

No noise coming from the sky at all, following each other.

Event Description:
My girlfriend and I were recently on vacation in San Diego, and decided that we would go deep sea fishing, while we were there.  

With lots of excitement due to whale and dolphin activity just a couple miles off shore, my girlfriend ran to the front to take pictures.   

All of the sudden one of the other people fishing with us walks up to me and says, “Look above downtown and tell me what you see."   

I was in shock!  There were three round, bright, reflective, “silverfish” objects hovering perfectly still above the buildings, in downtown San Diego.   

I looked back to him and said,"Oh my god those are UFOs!"  I have seen UFOs on a couple occasions and know what I'm seeing, when I see them. 

These resembled two that I saw years ago in Flagstaff, AZ.

I also was in my hot tub outside and saw the one with six or seven lights on it (or was it six or seven UFOs) above Camelback Mountain.   

Anyway its 1 AM and I can’t sleep because I can’t stop thinking about them and seeing them in my head. 

 We definitely got our moneys worth that day, its too bad my girlfriend didn't get to see them. 

 By the way FYI, the fishing boat we were on was a charter and I don’t know the guy who came up to me and asked me if I saw what he was seeing! 

 But if you wanted to talk to him I’m sure we can get his info off the fishing logbook for that day.

 This is the first time I’ve brought my experiences out like this and it feels a lot better
after reading some of the other entries.  Thanks for listening.

Event Description:

Hi, in August 1977, along with 4 others, in Vancouver, Washington.

 We were all sleeping outside as it was a nice night; with no rain. 

 My friend's older Brother, home on leave was out with us visiting.  We were laying on our backs, looking up in the sky visiting, something went overhead in the sky. 

 It was approximately 1 AM, no later than 3 AM. As the object went over us, approximately 1500 ft in the sky, it stopped and a series of very different colored lights began to flash, in no specific order.

 At first slowly and then spread apart farther as they would go from small to large. This was no blimp, we had seen the blimp fly over and you could hear the engine on the Good Year Blimp. 

 This we watched for 3 to 5 minutes.  We all were just standing in the backyard, not believing what was just above!  Then you would not see it for 3 to 5 seconds and then it would suddenly reappear; just up or down from the last spot we had seen it. It was very, very fast. 

 Over the years, the only thing I could compare it to is St.Elmo's Fire. Flying back from Pittsburgh, years after 1977, I was on a 727 that had experienced St. Elmo's Fire, and the movement of the ball was a lot like the object/objects we had seen in the night sky.

Event Description:
My son and I were heading back to Exira at about 2000 on 12 Feb. 2008.

 We were heading west, and about 1/2 mile from Exira.

 I looked off to the north and saw, what looked like four very bright orange and redish lights all in a horizontal plane. They were not on for very long.

 We pulled off of the highway into a driveway, to see if it would return. All of a sudden the
lights lit up in the same fashion.

 To the best I can guess, the object appeared to be quite low to the horizon, I would guess about 500 ft. agl. It appeared to be about 1/2 mile or so straight north of us. We sat in the car,
and I flashed my headlights at it several times, hoping for a response.

When the lights went out, we got out of the car, to see if we could hear anything. We heard nothing and saw nothing else.

 It was a perfectly clear night. I have never seen that color of lights before, in a straight line, so
close to the ground. I have seen planes flying over before, that will turn on their cabin lights, like maybe when they are getting ready to land at Eppley, in Omaha. We are about 70 miles from Omaha.

 Those lights are more white than anything. These lights looked nothing, nothing like that.

 I am a pilot myself, and I am pretty familiar with most aircraft, as I fly both fixed wing and helicopters.

 I am trying today to see if anyone else in the area saw these bright lights.

Event Description:
We were, at the time, living in Middletown, Ohio, on Jewell Ave.

 We had friends over and we were all playing hide and seek. I was the only person left
outside and all the kids were gone.

 I went to the bushes looking for my friends and I stopped dead in my tracks for what it seemed like to be an eternity.

 I saw this figure, which at the time, I had no clue what it was. It stood about 4 feet tall or so.

I was about 6 years old and it was at the same height I was.

 It stood so still and its eyes were a bright burning “redish” orange color. They were kind of oval in shape and very large. I do not remember even backing away from it.

 I was back in my house and everyone was cooking and getting ready for dinner. They all acted like nothing had happened.

 I know that nothing will ever happen about the experience I had, I remember how I felt and I was scared.

 I think about it and it bothers me that I can remember what it looked like and I can remember everything that happened that night.

 I was so young, I just wonder if it had maybe done something to me that I cannot remember.

 All I can say is that it was a very weird experience. I hope one day we all will know the truth, if there really is something out there hunting us, or if we need to fear it.

Event Description:
I saw a UFO last night. There was a blue light on the top, and a green light on
the lower half. It was a disk shape.

 This happened in Port Orange Florida.

 I saw it on the way home from a friend’s house.

 I told my parents. They told me it’s a Good Year Blimp, but I know it was not. I’m a believer in the UFOs!

Event Description:
 it was a cold January night me and my friends were out on our own streets (which is small) and right near McAuther airport.

 I know the flight routes and air traffic in the area so I know the place well.

As we were walking I noticed that the planes were going on the route to land, they all were actually.

I told my friends and we all noticed a plane behind this object we saw.

The object followed by this plane cut right through the air routes almost what seemed to be a collision with 3 other landing planes.

Another thing was that all the landing planes were very close making me uncomfortable thinking they were going to hit.
Heres the description of the plane... It was very extensive rounded on both ends (almost like a blimp) but it was going as fast as any plane would so there's no way it could have been.

The front of the object was like a turret on a b-17 bomber an had multiple light on it it, since it was night I couldn't see the middle of this object but the end also had multiple lights.

I followed this object very far with my 2 friends until we lost trace of it.

There must of been a good explanation of this but I never saw anything like it.

I also strictly do not believe in aliens or any sort of life on other planets and galaxies, and I do study astronomy. I have other stories that were told by my father that are real as well.
