Curiously, I turned off my TV and went and stepped outside to see what was happening. I stood in my backyard, looking up at the sky when I saw a circular figure in the sky, moving around in circles. At first, I thought I was hallucinating and took a seat on my lawn chairs. The figure then began to get closer. Now, I'm not one to believe in such things, but as I kept looking at the strange object, the only thing that I could think of was this being a UFO I've heard stories and never believed them until that night.

I ran to the phone to call my friend, Sam, who lives about a mile away from my farm house. I told him what I was seeing and urged to look out his window. I didn't realize how late it was, because I had woken him up. He told me we are too old to play these childish games and then hung up the phone in my face.

Now, I live in a very rural area, with no houses near me at all. It is only me and my dog. I quickly ran back outside to see if the "thing" was still there. The thing was getting closer, and I noticed that it had a purplish color to it. I ran back into the family room as fast as I could to get my camera from the usual spot, in the dresser, by my couch. I went back outside, and now getting a little scared and hesitant, I kneeled down on the floor under my porch.

I noticed that I only had a few pictures left, so I had to be careful about the shots that I was taking. As soon as the flash went off, the "thing" began to twirl around very faster and began to descend towards the ground. I became terrified thinking that maybe I had upset whatever the thing was. I was but a few feet away from door when I started to feel my limbs getting weak. I began to feel nauseated and dizzy. I couldn't stand up anymore and then collapsed on the door.

I tried to crawl into the house, but my body was too weak. I started to become delirious, and everything around me looked like it was floating.

I slowly shifted my head to the side, and I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought what I was seeing only happens on TV. In front of my very eyes, stood a big, spherical object, with a bright purplish color to it. Then, I heard a squeaking noise and a tall and short figure standing at the door of, what I know believe, was a UFO. I saw what seemed like a door opening, and was beyond shock thinking, and hoping that this was a dream. But, as much as I wanted it to be one, I knew that it wasn't.

The two figures started to move towards me, walking in a strange, bopping fashion. They had a funny complexion tone to them. Being dark, I couldn't really make out the exact color of their skin, because the bright light had gone away as soon as the door opened. Their skin had a bumpy texture to it, but other than that, they seemed like normal human beings.

When I saw that they begun walking towards me, I immediately figured that they were going to do something to me, maybe even kill me.

As they were getting closer, I started to realize that I wasn't the target that they wanted. Still not able to move, I shifted my head to where they were looking and saw that they were staring at my camera. They reached the area where I had thrown my camera, and saw the shorter of the two pick it up and look at it strangely. He then looked at the taller "person" and handed it to him. The taller of the two looked at the camera, and then at me. He began shifting the camera around in his hand and then saw my flash go off. I don't think he had taken the picture on purpose because he seemed to became angry.

I heard a lot unpleasant shrieks coming from the "person" Then he put the camera in the shorter guys hand and then he covered it with his own; seconds later, a light started to emerge from their hand. Then they stopped, threw the camera aside, and began to walk towards me. They stopped when they reached my side and started to examine my body.

They kept looking at each other and then at me, when all of a sudden I heard my dog begin to bark from inside the house. The saw the short man put out his hand, and seconds later my dog stopped barking. Now being able to hold in any longer, I shifted my head away from them and threw up literally everything that I had eaten that day. I started to cough and could feel that more was going to come out. After a minute of this all happening, my body became to relax and my breathing was getting better. After a hesitant second or two, I finally turned back slowly to look at the two figures, in fear that I had upset them, when there, in front of me, was nothing.

Everything was gone. No UFO, no "people," not even a bright light in the sky. I began to feel the strength in my legs come back, and was able to move my arms and shift my body. Then I turned by my porch and looked at the grass and there, all alone, was my camera. Relieved that I was able to get up, I slowly walked over to it, still in a daze of what had just happened. Scared to touch it at first, I figured what the hell, after everything that had happened tonight, why not?

When I touched it, I felt a warm tingly feeling in the my palm. I grabbed it and went back into the house. I collapsed on my couch when I remembered my dog. Frantically, I ran all over the house, but could not find him anywhere. I looked outside and started shouting his name, with no answer. I went back inside and sat back down, completely bewildered. I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown. I couldn't believe they had taken my dog.

Not knowing when I drifted off to sleep, I woke up the following morning with the biggest headache ever. I felt like I had one of the worst hangover ever. I then remember my camera and quickly washed up and changed.

I went to the nearest drug store by my house and put pictures in to get developed in an hour. When I get them back, I looked a them in my car and was stunned to see that the last two pictures were completely dark, as if a picture was not even taken. I know for a fact that I snapped a perfect shot of the UFO. I also remembered that the "thing" had taken a picture too, and remembered when he put the light over it.

My first recollection was a sound coming from the window, above my head. It sounded like the screws being removed from the window frame. We had just installed new aluminum framed windows and they were not finished off yet. I was unable to open my eyes.

In an instant, I am in an open field, still in my pajamas, with other people all standing in a large circle. It was a green meadow, with trees all around. There was a young couple huddled together, to my left. She was crying, he looked over to me with a look of fear on his face. Next to him, was an older man in a robe, a younger man, an older lady, another older couple, another younger man and then a group of women and children.

On my right side is the group of three women with five children. The children were in all manner of dress. They were in clothes, but looked like they had been sleeping. One of the women was an older lady with dark hair, blue dress, her hair was pushed to one side, like she had been lying down and not combed her hair out yet.

The other two women were younger, in blouses and jeans. One of the children kept to the edge of this group. He looked Hispanic, about the age of 5, with blue jeans and a red, yellow and blue striped t shirt. All the children and people stood in silence, seeming to be waiting for something to happen, like I was.

I started hearing this high pitched sound, coming from a distance. It started very low and gradually got louder and more intense. The sound reminded me of some kind of electric motor. I want to say, it sounded like an electric leaf blower. We were all looking toward where the sound was coming from. The sound got deafening, then a blinding light with sparks flashing around me, engulfed us all, and then the feeling of weightlessness.

Next, I felt I was on a hard surface, lying on my back. I cannot move or open my eyes. I have no control over them. For a split second, I opened my left eye, just a crack. All I could see was metal. It looked like the inside of an airplane galley, molded, corrugated, stainless steel. Then? It closed. Not touched by anything, just closed.
