following account is a condensation of a multi page statement which was compiled immediately after the incident described and added to at regular intervals up to the present day.
I am a 58 years old ex Police Officer who now operates a successful Manufacturing and Service business within the Tourism and Recreation Industry.
My residence is located in a rural area north of Brisbane, Australia.
The evening of 18th April 1996 7.40pm:
I and my wife Jenny arrived home, unusually, together. On entering our house I
detected a strong smell of sulphur. On investigation I found nothing visibly out of the usual. Jenny went to the main bedroom and put on the lights in the hallway
and in the bedroom. She then walked back along the hallway to the living room end of the house.
I then walked along the hallway towards the bedroom and as I neared the end of
the hallway, where Jenny had just passed, I walked into an area of extreme cold which, as I touched it, discharged a strong electrical current which caused me to
reel backwards. I retreated back to the entry to the hall and I was filled with a feeling of revulsion and fear. I quickly recovered and Jenny then walked along the
hall and suffered a similar experience. I tried again to walk along the hall and again suffered a similar electrical discharge.
Jenny and I discussed the situation for a while and tried several times to move
past it along the hall, each time with the same result. During this period the object remained stationary at the southern end of the hallway. Our toy Poodle
was very much aware that something was wrong and I noticed that when he looked along the hall the guanine at the back of his eyes reflected a bright
orange color instead of the usual bright green. The presence of the object could be determined by the feeling of an electrical discharge similar to static electricity
though very strong and Goose bumps appeared on the skin. Within the object it was extremely cold and quite painful. Upon direct contact one was drained of all
energy for a short period and normal breathing was difficult.
8.30 PM to 9.30 PM:
Our son Adrian and his then partner, Petra, arrived and he was invited to walk
along the hallway. As he entered the hall he encountered the same discharge effect. The Entity had moved eight meters and was in the northern end of the
hall by this time. Petra, who was eight and a half months pregnant, encountered the object and was seemingly brushed or slapped aside but not hurt by it. Over
the ensuing period all four of us had several direct contacts with the Entity as it moved with apparent purpose throughout the house. Petras contacts were much less vigorous than those of the other three.
9.30 PM to 11.30 PM:
Adrian was ejected from a chair by the Entity. Jenny had a severe accidental direct contact with the Entity and was caught for a moment within it. She was
visibly affected, breathing labored, elevated pulse rate, weakness and disorientation. External check of the premises revealed a column of warm air at
the southern end of the house but nothing else unusual. During this period there was no discernible traffic or other sounds within or around the house. Adrian had
another hard encounter with the Entity. Adrian and Petra returned to their home.
11.30 PM to 3.30 AM:
A ball of light energy crosses within the screen of a television set. An
independent witness testifies to seeing a huge orange light suspended above the house at the same time, 12.20 am. A neighbor reports that her house shook and
trembled for a period. The telemetry from the water storage reservoir across the road crashes and then, impossibly, restores itself. Loud clicks in a cadence of
three and groups of three are heard several times throughout the house.
Subsequent days and weeks:
Barry, Adrian and Jenny developed symptoms similar to a form of radiation
sickness with severe headaches and flu like symptoms, sore eyes and joints, etc. All three developed chronic and permanent tinnitus. I developed a brown
pigmental stain on both legs and a circular mark on the top of my left foot. A Doctor suggested that this marking resembled the resulting damage of an electrical discharge but without the normal burn scarring.
Several rocks in the garden were discovered to have been affected by some form of energy, one having exploded into a fine powder. A candle had been selectively
melted and the stearic acid component separated and crystallized. Moss on a concrete path showed burn marks. Two small sections of the path appeared to
have been melted or glazed. Vegetation was effected, but not in the area directly adjacent to the area where the most spectacular artifacts were located.
All items of evidence have been preserved and statements have been obtained from witnesses. The original telemetry printout from the reservoir has been
obtained and preserved. Contact with various Official bodies and with Academia proved fruitless. Medical examinations were also unhelpful.
The afternoon of Good Friday, 1999:
During a period of an hour or so, a series of blue colored, ink like, images appeared on the wall paper of the hallway where we first encountered the Entity.
These images appeared to be in the form of a series of maps. The Mediterranean area, the Middle East and Turkey and South America were prominently displayed
as was the northern area of Australia from around Broome to Darwin. These images appeared prior to the devastating Turkish earthquake. This ink remained wet for some weeks and is only just beginning to fade, [Oct. 2001.]
Subsequent years to present time:
We still occasionally receive nocturnal visits from the bright white light. This light appears on the dark side of the house, usually between 2.00 am and 3.00 am,
and one wakes up and intends to find out what it is but is unable to accomplish this simple feat. Strange events are still occurring on an irregular basis and these
include a severe selective foliage burn 20 meters by 60 meters at the rear of the house one night in February, two years ago. Odors of cigarette and pipe smoke
are often smelled within the house along with the smell of acetone, ether and various strange cooking smells. All attempts to trace these odors fail. Areas of energy of varying intensity often appear within the house.
Present date:
Personal Information. Jenny has developed substantial psychic and shamanic abilities and is a powerful practitioner of Reiki. Adrian has developed uncanny
problem solving abilities relative to his chosen profession and is also very psychic and intuitive. All three are in agreement that they don't belong within the
environment in which they are currently trapped. All three are still suffering medical problems as a result of the incident in April 1996.
Present date:
Research Information. Jenny and I have undertaken a vast amount of research into the incidents described. We have compiled a massive reference library and
undertaken substantial Internet research in an attempt to find parallel incidents or possible answers to this enigma. Limited contact with researchers of the
esoteric has also proved fruitless. To this point in time, we have not been able to come up with any cohesive suggestion as to the form or intent of our contact.
All evidence has been catalogued and protected and a full photographic survey of the results of each of the incidents has been compiled.
